Up-and-Coming Trends
In Cruising

Alaska and Europe are the hot spots this year, but Hawaii and exotic sailings (Asia, South America, Australia) are the up-and-coming destinations to watch. If you feel to be a trendsetter, these are the cruises to book.
Cruise lines continue to expand their offerings in these areas. An Asia cruise is for a traveler who is looking to experience a truly magnificent vacation. Asia is filled with historic cities and villages, but also has some of the most modern cities as well (such as Hong Kong, China and Tokyo, Japan). A popular destination on South Asia cruises is Thailand . One is reminded of aqua blue seas when speaking of his beautiful country, from where one can cruise to the  marvelous destinations of Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket. Bangkok,  the capital of Thailand, is a shopper's paradise, but offers a broad variety of temples (not to forget the King's Palace).
Only a few  cruise lines sail regularly to Asia and The Orient between October and May, with the height of the season during February, March and April. Cruises range from 14 days to 21 days depending
upon the ship, sailing date, and route. A journey to these faraway places easily merits an extended visit, and most lines offer extensive pre- and post-cruise land programs to add an impressive dimension to the trip.
An Australian cruise gives you the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of pleasures. From the Sydney Opera House to the Great Barrier Reef, you can immerse yourself in a variety of sites and sounds that range from metropolis to wilderness. Few locations on earth give you the opportunity to scuba dive in the world's largest coral reef and go on a shopping bonanza the same week. Cruises are following
Captain James Cook's voyage of discovery into communities and cultures of the peoples of this remarkable coast. Experience the diverse and unique ways of the Aboriginal, Torres Strait and Tiwi Islanders, whose families go into the bush during school holidays so their kids can learn hunting skills.
